Since different INADA massage chair models differ in size and weight, the cost of shipping is also different. In some cases, the freight charge is free. Expect to pay extra for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and to destinations in Canada.

INADA Return Policy

  Our Return Policy

We have tried to keep this simple and fair.

If you purchased a refurbished, factory-certified reconditioned, clearance or discontinued model, you can’t return it to us for reasons that we hope are clear to you.

We also do not accept returns of any product, including new items, in cases where we have been asked by you to match a selling price that is lower than the standard selling price we have published on our site. When we are asked to match a price, you agree that all such sales are final sales.

For new, regular-priced items, here’s how it works:
a. You have 120 days from the date the product arrives at your home to try the chair. Returns are not allowed on items originally delivered to commercial or business addresses.
b. Call us first, and we will provide return shipping details including the address to ship the chair. You are required to call us first.
c. Repack the chair just as it came, in its original box, with all manuals and accessories. It must arrive back to us in LIKE NEW condition. We will not accept chairs back that have 100 hours of use or more. We can see this data at our technical facility.
d. Find a shipper (or let us help you find one) who can return the chair to us. PLEASE insure the return delivery as you are responsible for the return shipping of your chair. BUY INSURANCE. Any damage incurred during return shipping will need to be addressed by you. You will need to pay the shipper directly for the return trip.
e. Once we receive your return that meets all the conditions noted above, we will refund the original credit card used for the amount paid MINUS outbound shipping charges. We will also retain 5% of your purchase price to cover inspection, refurbishing, testing, and repacking of your chair for sale as a factory certified model.
f. Any amounts you paid for an Extended Warranty are not refundable. If your purchase included an Extended Warranty as a gift from us, we will deduct an additional $200 at the time of return.
g. These additional costs may also apply:
  1. If you don’t have the original box, shipping you one is REALLY expensive. KEEP YOUR BOX(ES).
  2. Odors (including cigarette smoke), spilled liquids, pet pee, scuffs and wounds, over 100 hours of use, and other infirmities cannot be overcome in our refurbishing process. If your chair suffers from any of these, we will not provide you with a refund and you will need to retrieve the chair from our facility.
  3. Here are some typical costs for other items: owner’s manual ($10), power cord ($10), cracked, scratched, or dropped remote ($250), accessory buffer pad ($15). PLEASE be sure you pack EVERYTHING that came with your chair in the shipment back to us.
